For getting any job a candidate must have proper set of skills or competencies.
Competency is defined as “A distinct composite of knowledge, skill, attitude and value that is essential to the practice of the profession in real life contexts”. The candidates who successfully complete the Diploma in Pharmacy (DPharm) program of Education Regulations 2020 (ER-2020), from the institutions approved by the Pharmacy Council of India are expected to attain the following professional competencies. These competencies are necessary for getting D.Pharmacy jobs.
